It was very easy to book the car for a ride from our hotel in Times Square with the Allstate Limo app. The app read our "current" location wrong, so I suggest just typing in your pickup location. The dispatch texted and called me with driver #, description of vehicle and liscence plate of the car. The ride was pleasant and the driver helped us with the bags. I will definitely use this service again.
