I was well satisfied with service form Allstate on Jan 23 and also Jan 28. Both times the driver was prompt and courteous.
I do have one suggestion: print the contact number more prominently on confirmations. My flight on 1/23 was delayed and I needed to contact Allstate. The phone number appears at the bottom of page two of the confirmation. It would be more helpful if it was prominently displayed next to the reservation: "If your flight is delayed or changed, call 212-333-3333"
