We were very pleased with the excellent customer service we received from Allstate private car & limo company. They coordinated our pick-up using text and voice mail and the drivers were on-time, courteous, and excellent drivers. Our driver from the airport to our hotel was particularly friendly and chatty, which made the drive more enjoyable. I have had bad experiences with other limo company's in NYC, however, I was very pleased with the service we received from Allstate. I highly recommend Allstate, if you are traveling around NYC. KMC
