It was a great experience in all ways. Knowing that a car was waiting for me took away any anxiety of arriving at night, as a woman alone. My driver was great, very friendly and respectful. He texted me complete information about his car and license plate, so that I could find him immediately. The drive from Laguardia to Chelsea was smooth and easy, even with all the crazy construction and traffic. Will definitely reserve from Allstate again!
