I used the limo service 3 times, a return trip to manhattan from JFK and another trip to Bethpage Black again from Manhattan, all limo's arrived on time, never had any issues, only thing I would say is I ordered a VIP vehicle on all 3 occasions which on their website states Lincoln and Cadillac and I basically got a SUV the first 2 times and then a Toyota the 3rd time, I'm not complaining about this as was still comfortable and had no issues but just pointing this out.
