The car was very comfortable and the driver was nice.
I don’t think he chose the best route to the airport. Everything I saw online pointed to a route via freeways but he took us right through the middle of Manhattan and down a street in Queens that had lots of construction and congestion. The journey took almost an hour, rather than the 37 minutes quoted on all the websites.
