I have been using Allstate for my family some time now, and the service has been consistently excellent. All of our experiences have been with courteous and very professional dispatchers, and courteous and very professional drivers. Cars arrive on time or early, and communications by cell phone and text keep us updated. Traveling with a family can be stressful, but knowing that I can count on consistency with a car service takes away one of those stresses.
