Luckily we chased our Doll's house up and after being sent on the 3rd of December, via Allied Express, nearly two weeks later it hadn't arrived at Orange. After numerous calls and we are still waiting for Allied Express to contact us back. We just happened to be in Sydney on the 18th and it was organised for us to pickup another Doll's house at Fedex in Botany, which I must say was easy. there has been no mention of reimbursing our freight we were charged. I don't understand how come we were told on our invoice the goods were coming via Toll and we learnt it was with Allied Express, it shouldn't take two weeks to come from Sydney to Orange and with the tracking number is was in transit.
