The product we bought was excellent, the prices were very reasonable but unfortunately we purchased an item that we needed quite urgently and it was during their stock take inventory which meant they did not ship any items for a whole month. It was posted on the website but being a new customer to the site I didn’t see it on their front page or banner. It would have been more helpful or useful as a pop up during purchase or shipping information. It wasn’t clear to me until I tried to contact them via email. Wished we knew this before we purchased and we would have purchased the item elsewhere.
