The product itself is great! The instructions were very difficult to follow and the pictures were fuzzy.
When initially ordered online, I didn’t receive any confirmation back for weeks of the order, when delivery would be, nothing. This led us to the point of nearly canceling the order all together.
In the end, we have received the order, figured out how to build, and the kids LOVE it! We tried to order another one for grandmas house but they are sold out unfortunately. Fingers crossed they increase production sooner than later.
