I ordered some shower gel from all beauty and the transaction with all beauty was fine up to the point of delivery, where EVRI got involved, and either there is a massive communication problem within EVRI and what they tell the customer – in this case all beauty or they just lie to cover their incompetence. I don’t know which. One update from them was that they had tried to deliver the package, but no one was home – this was not the case as I’m home all the time so that was a lie.
I was supposed to receive the package within two days and 10 days later after numerous updates saying it had been misrouted and was still on its way. They finally admitted that they had damaged the parcel. This was after I had contacted all beauty, customer care, more than once we operate. I spoke to on the final occasion initially reassured me that the updates were correct and the product had been misrouted and was on its way. After I pressed them to find out when it was going to be delivered. They said they had just received an image to show that the product was damaged - had I not pressed them, I would still be waiting for the package now
They then offered to resend a fresh package via the same courier, which I declined and asked for a full refund, which I was then told, would take 3 to 5 working days to be returned, which in the circumstances I found completely unacceptable.
Not your finest hour and you really need to get better information in situations like this to update the customer rather than the customer have to contact you and be told incorrect information. Sadly I don’t feel that I can have any confidence in all Beauty going forward and the courier has now lost you a customer
