Bought a foundation, the colour was wrong and despite their 60 day return policy they are refusing the exchange. Not pleasant on the phone to say the least and given I was simply asķing for an exchange for the right colour and not a refund I found their customer service to be harsh and unhelpful. Sent the product back anyway see what happens. Hopefully not all their staff is unreasonable.
