Haven’t received these items yet as Royal Mail wouldn’t leave parcel as it was too big for our letter box. All beauty asked for alternative delivery instructions in case of above and as always I stated these when ordering. They obviously weren’t either passed on to Royal Mail or RM didn’t bother reading them. Royal Mail have erased any telephone no’s from the delivery notes so we don’t know their opening hours currently. They refer you exclusively to website so if you weren’t competent with Computers you would struggle to get your parcel.
