Amazing experience purchasing with Allbirds! I purchased 2 shoes, in different sizes, to try them out. While they were very comfortable and stylish, I was in between 2 sizes and both sizes were ill-fitting. It was most unfortunate... So I returned the shoes for a full refund - no questions asked, no fuss, no hassle. And I read somewhere that they donate lightly used shoes to people in need in developing countries, which is great! Highly recommend purchasing from this company.
