This server is ideal for a small office or business. It was pre-configured with 16 GB of RAM and a single enterprise 1 TB hard drive for the operating system. Either Microsoft or Linux is a viable option. It's simple to upgrade to 32 GB of RAM and to install an inbuilt DVD-rom. For RAID, there are three more hot-swappable disk spaces. I found the online handbook to be very helpful in determining any jumper configuration adjustments that I wanted to make. This server, along with a little NAS that I have, take up very little space. It includes a plethora of USB ports as well as two gigabit LAN ports.
