I ordered a bulk CPU on December 9. On December 17 I emailed for an order status update, but received no response. On December 23 I decided to call. They told me that they would check with their warehouse and call me back later in the day. I did not receive a call back. Instead, I received an email while on the phone, that my order has been cancelled. The person on the phone was clearly responsible for cancelling the order but did not decide to tell me this. He instead still told me to wait for a call back. I called back the next day and the same person told me that the CPU did not pass internal testing. It smells like a lie. I waited for 14 days, and I had to call to find out that my order was cancelled. Theoretically, if an item was out of stock or "did not pass a test," they should have let me know at that time, rather than me having to call them. Awful customer service, and a delay of 2 weeks for me to receive an important PC component.
