I have had consistent issues ordering from the ABB website. The first time, I got sent a chocolate chip loaf instead of a plain loaf for my very first order. Then, when I ordered a second time later in the future, my bread never came and I had to alert Allie via email that the bread never got sent (she did end up sending it). This happened a second time where I didn’t receive my bread and had to notify her about it. This time, I ordered on a Tuesday and didn’t receive my bread until the next week when it was supposed to be sent out the same week for a Christmas party.. needless to say I had no bread for the party. I did open up the bread to eat it myself and it was bone dry with no banana flavor. Just all around disappointed, and it has been extremely difficult to get in touch with customer service as they either don’t respond or take days to respond in between each email.
