Dreadful disappointment, service was so poor, first delivery for the footings, their pump didn't work and I asked about it when I ordered and was told that it was new and good to go. Ended up bringing in another pump so the job ran late and I had to pay overtime to my crew. As for the slab they ran out so late we were still laying at 6pm and I told them my team work 7am to 3pm so overtime costs again, constantly telling me it was on the way and it wasn't, promised that three drum vehicles would be on my job then sent a volumetrix load which can't run fast enough for a big pump had to send it back, great big lumps of old cement coming out of the mix kept having to drag them out and causing problems with the pump, then the concrete itself wasn't up to scratch far too dry and going off too quickly, even adding litres of water was not enough, really hard to work with, see for your selves in the pictures of my concrete this morning. When I called this morning they argued instead of trying to fix it, I called them out on the quality of their concrete and poor service, the next question was, what do you do for a living! They wouldn't have asked a bloke that question, the sneering tone said it all, I'm a woman so they thought I didn't know what concrete was, actually an engineer of 40 odd years including working on major construction jobs, to sum them up, lousy service, poor product and sexist attitudes, I've cancelled the rest of my order and won't ever use them again or recommend them to anyone.
