Run! Don’t walk, Run! If this Property Management Team is involved, run as fast as possible in the other direction. I have experienced the most unprofessional and stressful move-in process ever with Allsopp and Allsopp. Despite signing my lease on February 26, the apartment was still uninhabitable by my move-in date of May 10. The property manager, Darien, failed to ensure the necessary work was completed on time, forcing my family and me to stay in a hotel. The lack of response to my email from May 6, coupled with the unacceptable condition of the apartment, has been incredibly frustrating. The costs incurred from this delay include movers, missed workdays, and temporary accommodation expenses. Having lived in seven different countries and almost three years in Dubai, this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a professional real estate company. Save yourself the trouble and find a different property management team.
