Order was incorrect. Needed 2 10lb containers of feed thru fly control, that is what I ordered. Recieved 1 20lb bag of Product this I could not use. No measuring cup was with the Product sent nor was there a container to keep it safe and fresh. They tell me that 10lb tubs are no longer available being I ordered 20lb THEY THOUGHT, all was the same ONLY, it would not work for me. I know and understand that a person's first instinct is to make excuses as to why something happened how come it did, on and on only in this case a I am SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE, is there anything we can do to fix this problem. ANYTHING would have been better than what was done or not done. UPS charged more than 5.00 to print out a return label. As of 7/20/23 no refund has been issued. I do not like to trash people for trying to do a job. This whole process should have been easy and it wasn't. It changed my whole outlook on getting a feed thru it is now history. Just to mention, the product was on the website still being sold the same as when I ordered ?????
