This was my first time ordering from All Vet Supply and I was excited for my product to arrive. I placed the order on March 4, 2023 it was processed on March 10, 2023 and shipped on the 13th. When my package arrived on March 16th, it was completely the wrong order. Nothing that I ordered was delivered and since the items are used for my business, it is very inconvenient. I called the store and the customer service representative said that another customer had previously called and had received my order. The CSR emailed me a return label for me to send back the wrong items. Which meant, I had to make a special trip to UPS for the return instead of just saying for me to keep the items. My items have been reordered so, my hope is that I will receive it this week.
