It's a gamble that might pay off... Prices are very appealing but sometimes things are too good to be true. The delivery process seems very elastic with a variety of emails chopping and changing with how long it will be. It seems to be a UK front for a German company behind the scenes but still shouldn't have such an impact on delivery times. The product I was sent was faulty. I contacted support who offered me a free return. I made a note of this on my returns slip. When the money was returned to my account, they had deducted a postage fee for the return. I'm sure they are a reputable company trying their best in a tough market but as I said, in my opinion, buying from them is a gamble that might pay off.
