I already own some lovely pre-manufactured pieces from Alyssa Smith that I love. However, it all went very wrong when I ordered a bespoke piece, which wasn't anything like the standard of either the pieces I own or those shown on their website and on social media. They also missed the agreed delivery date and are very slow to respond to emails* and are refusing to provide me with a refund because the piece was bespoke - although in reality, just a slight tweak from a standard piece and a recreation of something they used to stock anyway (with the only difference being a larger jump ring). Sadly, I now have to option but to recover my money through a legal channel. * I was very patient and gave them plenty of space due to them having a bereavement but they were even slow before that happened.
