I sent an email after waiting nearly three weeks for my order. No reply so my husband phoned and was told he would be rang back after inquiries made as to why we hadn’t received our order. No one rang back so he phoned again to be told my paint was out of stock. An alternative was dispatched immediately and arrived as promised. But I feel customer service could have been better maybe contacting us to inform us our paint was out of stock and not ignoring my email. And if you say you will ring someone back it’s a good idea to do that.
