Terrible store - unbelievable decline in service quality. The order was split into several sections. Not a single one arrived. I contacted customer support, and the responses were even worse - scripted replies, zero interest in you and your order. The customer support from the Czech Republic lied to me, saying the order didn’t arrive due to a block on funds in my bank, but the international support started refunding my money in parts. For a while, my profile showed that the order was lost, and then any information about the orders disappeared. I still haven’t received all my funds. My wife placed an order right after, unfortunately before I could warn her… it’s been 2 weeks and it hasn’t arrived either. I am totally disgusted with Amazon DE. I will never place an order through this primitive store again. They used to be OK, everything worked… now nothing
