Amazon.de if i dont gonna receive the full refund within 4 weeks/if i within 4 weeks dont have received an reliable update about my full refund than i will go to the cops to make an case. I have nothing to hide for the cops i have more than enough proof for the cops that amazon and her marketplace sellers are automatically scaming good trusted customers. Amazon.de have blocked my amazon acount. They claim that i have received to much refunds. Well all these refunds and/or replacements were all given to me without any force it was all given to me for damaged and/or not complete items and/or wrong items and/or items that dont fits to the Amazon condition guidelines for used and/or new items . I contackted the Amazon acount specialist to explain them that have the right to the fullest to receive an full refund because the order was AUTOMATICALLY returned by DHL because i refused to pick up this order at the DHL pickup point because i had chosen for an delivery at my home address and DHL was not showing up at my home address. The acount specialist have explaind: that the order is on its way to the Amazon return centre and soon as the order is procesed than i will automatically gonna receive an full refund and this process can take up to 4 weeks,in this case it takes longer than expected,we will write you back soon as the returned order is procesed,an refund only can made if the correct order is returned. I responded back to the Amazon acount specialist to ask them to give me an profecional reliable answer i asked them what is it gonna be is it 4 weeks or does it takes longer than 4 weeks before i have my full refund,i also have explaind them that they ofcourse only gonna receive the correct order only if they have dispached the correct order and in this case its no longer any of my concerns if this order gets lost and/or damaged during the return transport simply because of the fact that i never physicaly have touched this order nor that i even ever have seen this order physicaly.They sended me the exact same message back and they ended the message with: we might not respond to any of your further messages. I responded back to explain them if i dont gonna receive an profecional reliable answer within 4 weeks/if i dont have received an full refund within 4 weeks that i will go the cops. They sended me the exact same message and now they explaind:we are truly sory that you have to go to the cops and we can't no longer discus this problem further. Ofcourse i have responded back and until today i still dont have received any e-mail message from the Amazon.de acount specialist.It all shows and proofs that amazon is very incompetend. In my first message i have sended the Amazon.decacount specialist all of the needed proof of this order. These 4 weeks are allredy started since the date that i have received the DHL e-mail message about this returned order. I check each day my bank account and the refund is still not transferd to my bank account. I understand that these 4 weeks not finished/ended yet so i will wat for my full refund. I have also made online reviews on other reviews websites about this same problem ofcourse with ATTACHED PROOF and MUCH MORE ONLINE REVIEWS WITH ATTACHED PROOF WILL FOLLOW. I gonna make online reviews with attached proof on every possible online review website worldwide to discuss this problem. I also gonna complain tru stiftung warentest ofcourse with ATTACHED PROOF. Also because of the falls accusations i dont wanted to have this order any longer so also because of that i have refuced to pick up the order at the DHL pickup point. I advice anyone to only pay tru an iban banking payment method or creditcard because in both cases you can booking the payment back when problems like these are happening. However an Iban banking payment method for this order was not allowed by amazon.de. if i dont have my full refund within 4 weeks than i will also gonna contact my payment provider wich is Ideal than i will send Ideal all of the needed proof and i will explain them everything. Amazon.de is trying to keep my refund/money bud i wont alows it that amazon.de is trying to keep the money that i have spend on this returned order plain and simple. I also have asked the Amazon.de acount specialist why it takes longer than expected before i have my full refund and they refuse to give me any explanation. Its very disrespectfull and very rude to treat me like this. All of the needed proof/clear screenshots like all of the DHL e-mail messages, proof of Ideal payment,proof of this amazon.de order is all send to the Amazon.de acount specialist. I have also explaind to the Amazon.de acount specialist that i can live with these 4 weeks before i have received my full refund bud i CAN'T LIVE WITH THE THOUGHTS THAT AMAZON.DE REFUSES TO EXPLAIN ME HOW MUCH MORE LONGER TIME THAN 4 WEEKS IT DOES TAKES BEFORE I HAVE RECEIVED MY PROMISED FULL REFUND. I STILL DONT HAVE RECEIVED ANY ANSWER FROM THE AMAZON.DE ACOUNT SPECIALIST. Amazon wants and fully expects from customers that customers folow all of the Amazon rules etcetera bud its very OBVIOUSLY that all of these rules and regulations,GUIDELINES not counts for amazon.de
