You wait for Secret Santa and dream about what he will bring you.
In my case it was … a digital multimeter))))). But maybe you will be more lucky).
Then you start to call and write e-mails, chatting with Amazon.de, that Secret Santa was wrong and you were waiting for a prepaid IPhone, you send photos and videos. It can take 7 hours or more.
Like in many games you have to listen to hints and choose what to do. You can be advised to go to police and claim about Santa, or you can be promised that a new replacement will be issued and you will receive new IPhone till 4 p.m. next day latest, or you can be advised to pay same price again and start a new game)).
After 7 hours of the game you will receive an e-mail, that the game is over and your prepaid IPhone can not be delivered, and it does not matter that you have paid for it and you need it urgent as present for a special occasion.
Nevertheless you still occupy yourself with the game, you continue to spend your time, maybe 1 hour to go to DHL to return this magical Digital Multimeter, which you did’t order, but who cares about that? As soon as you have paid, all problems caused by the seller are only your problems.
Happy End, you have nothing to present for a birthday and you don’t have money.))

It is really very funny! All roles performed especially by Amazon.de employees, including courier, no third party!
I would evaluate this game with 5 stars, but, I deducted 2 stars for not explaining the rules of the game before the purchase was made.
It should be written that Amazon can not guarantee delivery because IPhone can simply be stolen be Amazon.de employees.
And I also deducted 2 stars for dishonest Customer Service Support. When Customer Service employee says, that he is sorry, it is supposed to mean that he realizes his mistake and will correct it immediately, so he doesn’t cause problems for the client. However, doing nothing about the situation doesn’t seem like being genuinely sorry, so please say honestly, that you don’t care.
Sorry, only one star for your exciting game!
Rhetorical question, why are you, Amazon.de, selling items, that you cannot guarantee to deliver?
