I ordered 3 products to Amazon.es last december, one I received it, another one I didn't receive but was reimbursed, the third one was not received, nor reimbursed, and I'm complaining since then without any efforts to help me on this. Created my account with a phone number and Amazon is insisting on receiving an email from the email with which my account was created, which does not exist. In the meantime I'm still complaining to receive the product I ordered or a reimbursement. I refuse to loose an euro, even more 34 euros. I'm quite disapointed.
