When they started using Paack carrier my happiness passed to disappointment. It's frustrating messages, emails saying that they tried to deliver the packages, when I'm always home, I work remotely to care my elderly mother with Alzheimer. Really wish I could choose who will deliver the packages. Would always choose CTT and a pickup point. But it's not allowed anymore. Guess will go back to buy everything from Worten here in Portugal.
