My project manager just resigned. Nobody has been able to contact me for a week now. I have paid for book 2 and book 3, plus the design cover, plus the audio version, plus the marketing for six months. Nobody is responding to any of my emails. I am extremely worried. My experience with book 1 was ok. They were a bit slow for proofreading. When I contacted them they told me the launch date would be by Christmas, then Valentine Day... It was a few days later. I did not really mind, but I expected a better marketing for a pre-launch. Future customers, I will keep you posted of my situation. I know unexpected events can happen. I just hope Amazon Direct Publisher will be creative and find a solution soon :-) I'm still optimistic.
