A shocking experience, loads of promises of assistance nothing materialised. What you get for your money is a prepared 1 hour presentation on a monthly basis with loads of stats and figures non of which mean much. Each presentation finishes with get in touch if you need anything, guess what no response from emails or phone calls. Complaints ignored until you turn up at their office in person then nothing but apologies and flannel.
