It is a scam! The biggest scam there is. My lawyer has contacted them asking for a refund. I have paid $1,500 for editing three books, beside changing a comma, they have no clue. The designer team is so slow. I am still waiting for them to change my back cover as everything was written in upper case (very violent, angry tone). Six months ago, I paid $1500 for an audiobook... nothing happened with that. I paid close to $7,000 for a marketing campaign promising 10,000 subscribers on a Facebook page they were supposed to create, plus additional posts per week. And pay-per-click ads. Nothing happened. My lawyer is requesting a refund. Lucky for them, I did not ask for a full refund, but I should have. Even with a lawyer's letter, I still have not heard from them. Scam! Stay away!!!
