My first my order never went through at all and was still charged for items a bit disappointed with this as it was only when i phoned to see what was happening they said it never went through, not sure if this was one off as i said it was my 1st order that why 3 stars to give benefit of doubt I did get an apology & was then told my order would reach me at the end of the week, within 2-3 days it came as lady said it would.
