Unfortunately, i have made two orders in the last two weeks, and both have appeared to have gone wrong. After the first order i made, i was told promptly that all my items had been shipped, but i only received one of those items. I emailed to see what had happened, and i was told the other items were out of stock. I would not have known this if i hadn't emailed to follow it up, also the items still appeared as "in stock" on the website. I feel this has happened again on my order i placed last week, as i was told they were all shipped around 5 days ago and havent received them yet. I didnt want to have to complain as i have made many orders over the past years, and have never ever had any problems before and have received items very swiftly every other time.
