I have ordered several times from American Soda and not really had a complaint about the products or customer services. The one thing that I would like to see is a packing receipt in with the items or if a product is not in stock an email or a letter inside as a sticker on a product is hard to miss. If trying to be eco-friendly an email would be great. I have had some items that are short on date but that is to be expected for some items. I find it great that I can order things that I miss and can not get any where else without it costing the moon. For those who may complain about the costs you have to factor in the cost of the item originally, which may include sales tax - then you have to figure in the postage and packaging from the USA and then you have to consider the cost of any customs charges. Sure there are a few things that are a bit pricey but in the long run it will still be cheaper than if you were going to import the items yourself. I know this as I have family in the states and I asked them to price things for me exactly and then asked them to price the P&P and est customs charges we are getting good value for money from this company. And for anything that you think is too pricey well get the ingredients at a shop most things can be made from scratch. I thank American Soda for making things a bit more homey (excuse spelling) one of the other things is the postage and packaging - it is easy to spend the allotted amount for free shipping and it is with you in about a week, I often go above the allotted spend for free shipping but I use the next day delivery service its value is outstanding.
