My order got left at a neighbours house as I wasn't in at the time, but when I went to that house they said they never got a package so I got I contact with Hermes and they said the note was an error and ignore it because it hasn't been delivered I spoke to 3 people all disconnecting me and after a few days my other neighbour knocked on the telling me they had my parcel so after being told it was an error and to ignore it by 3 people my neighbour actually had it the whole time and they wrote the wrong house number on the card posted through my door which I was not happy about. But on the bright side the Order was right and it was all nice
