I have received your email confirming i would either receive my sweets or a refund and one from your customer service team, please see below: Hello, I have looked into this for you and can see that your parcel was shipped to you on the 12th January 2016. Unfortunately as you haven’t contacted us previously to inform us of the missing parcel I am unable to resolve the issue, it is stated on our website that we require notification of any issues within 14 days of ordering. Kind Regards I have replied, please see below: I'm absolutely disgusted with your response. This is the most appalling customer service I have ever encountered. When confirming my order you said please allow at least 6-8 weeks for delivery, this order was paid for by my 11 year old grandson using some of his Christmas Gift Money, as it's was such a long wait, I forgot all about it. Once again I will repeat my request for either the items I have paid for or a refund. You supplied these and if you must have a tracking number where you will clearly see they have not been delivered. Can someone please trace the order to confirm non delivery and either refund the money or send the sweets. I look forward to a speedy resolution.
