I went to the site and put a lot of stuff in my shopping basket but then had to leave it. I like that you nudged me with emails of what I'd left behind. Maybe not quite as often as you actually did it, but it's a nice service. However, I'd have loved it, if the 'Continue shopping' button in the email had taken me to my left behind shopping basket as opposed to landing on your site basket empty once again.
Easy paying, quick delivery, very quick response on an email about delivery. I am very pleased with the whole experience.
