I ordered something that was in stock that never arrived. I sent a message via the 'contact us' form, and received no reply after nearly a week. So I sent an email and got a reply the next day saying the reason I didn't get the items is that they're out of stock and now I'll be getting a refund for them. Even though they included the item list in the package which had those items on it. A few weeks since the order, I'd still not received a refund. I contacted them a third time and was refunded for the items. Every order seems to have got worse, with missing or incorrect items becoming the norm. I'm forced to try somewhere else now.
