Ordering my product was very quick and easy, especially considering I live in Canada and was ordering a gift to be delivered in the Netherlands. When my order was shipped I received tracking information for UPS but when I tried to track my order there was no record of it with UPS. Customer service was very helpful and clarified that my package was ACTUALLY sent through Hermes and provided me with the updated tracking information. Unfortunately my order was significantly delayed and there was no update on my package for at least 6 days. While customer service at American Soda was great with helping me find out what happened to my order I was very disappointed with the delay as it was meant to be a birthday gift which didn't end up arriving on time. This was extremely frustrating because I was only provided with one option for delivery outside of the UK. I would have preferred to have more than one option for delivery outside of the UK as I would have been willing to spend the extra $$ to rush the order as opposed to the standard 3-5 business days. While I recommend ordering products with American Soda I suggest to give yourself a bit of time in case there are delays.
