After a month our order has not turned up! We were finally given a tracking number and you suggested that we call the delivery company ourselves, as that would be best, but what do you know? apparently customers can't call them directly but are referred back to the online retailer. From the tracking number we can see that the parcel has now been returned to you. We have sent emails back and forth now with you and don't really care for more apologies - we just want what we paid for. You did offer to return our money, but as we paid in DKK kroner, that would end costing us the currency exchange fee (twice). Very unsatisfied! :-(
