Placed an order for next day delivery on the Friday, before the 3pm deadline stated on the product page, but it didn't arrive until Monday. I asked for the measly £2 difference in delivery charges to be refunded, and they just kept arguing that the terms for Friday next day state items will arrive on Monday. At this point, I don't care what the terms say, I'm really just disappointed at the petulant responses I keep getting via email. Looking at their Facebook, I'm not the only one who's had trouble with their 'customer service'; save yourself the headache and buy through Amazon.
