Thoroughly disapponted in American Tall and their lack of cusotmer service. Outsourcing eveything to AI Jen Samll is not solution. I ask what I seek in a pair of pants, but AI can't answer and there are no escalation paths to actually communciate with a human. I am now looking elsewhere to buy pants for myself.
