This company bait and switches what they say and do. They sold me setting up a website and allowing me to control and maintain the site. After 1 year, I was contacted by another company to designs a site. When I explained that I already had one. They said, “well we are contacting you because you don’t”. When I checked my site was gone. You can’t reach them to speak with them as their communication is only via text or email (they are not in the US). When I finally got a text back, they stated I needed to pay $650 for software upgrade and for it to be live again. They never mentioned that initially and never would have agreed because I wanted control and access to my own site to make changes etc. When I pulled my agreement, nowhere did it say that I needed to purchase additional software etc in order for the site to be live. Needless to say, my bank took care of disputing and getting my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
