ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I placed an order on June 17th… 10 business days ago… and it has not yet shipped. I have reached out to the company multiple times via email and their “live chat” (which isn’t with a person, it’s a “support bot”, it says so directly at the top) and was told that orders are processed and shipped in 3-5 business days. They have not responded to any of my subsequent emails or chats questioning why at 8 days and now 10 business days it has not yet shipped. The phone number I did find for them plays awful music for two minutes and then disconnects. Their customer service is AWFUL!! If I could give ZERO stars I would
