Let me say this AMI is the best....I had my sons OCI kind of lost because VFS had printed a label and updated the number but never shipped it....I tried contacting customer support but we all know how they work....after contacting AMI, they guided me through a process using which I was able to get the OCI card in 1 day....trust me just 1 day...The best thing they did not even charge me anything for this....I am impressed by his service...
