They had the best price for ammo in the calibers I bought (steel cased .223 Remington, and steel cased 7.62x39). They offered free shipping, which removed a significant hidden cost. And for a couple bucks, they offered insurance on the shipment. They shipped quick, received within a week. I ordered a case of each caliber, did the free shipping, added the insurance but not the other options (overboxed, etc). The package arrived inside a single box with padding, which I'd consider "overboxing", anyway. What I find interesting, is although they DID have the lowest price on both: $324.99 for 223 1k; $269.99 for 7.62x39 1k... they don't show up in ammo search engines.
