I placed 2 separate orders weeks ago. FedEx currently shows both packages depart Grove City OH, then show "In Transit" thereafter for a few weeks. It has been a circus trying to get FedEx to trace the package and respond. On my 3rd call now with FedEx, escalating for resolution. Before ordering I pulled up some reviews online and initially they were positive so I placed the orders. Now however I pulled up the reviews again and scrolled down further and found these reviews and more on Yelp. Sure wish I had seen them first! Almost every one of them is very negative. I hate dishonest organizations and people taking advantage of others! I will continue to escalate with BBB, charge back on credit card, and spread the news about ammunition store as a shady organization that needs to be prosecuted and shut down!!!
