amoma.com charged me for non-exisitng hotel room - now removed from Norwegian finn.no (March 2018)
Amoma.com charged me for non-exisiting hotel room. After giving them a bad rating on Trustpilot, amoma.com keep on complaining for weeks to Trustpilot Compliance so that I should rephrase my bad rating on them, hoping for me to give up so that my bad rating should disappear from Trustpilot. And now, March 12 they ask for the second time for "proof of purchase"... Look amoma, you've got it two weeks ago! My purchase is Verified!
Over two days in Trondheim, 13. - 14. February 2018, amoma.com made it appear that Comfort Hotel Trondheim had some astonishing prices, just to charge an amount on your credit card for the room, where they after you have entered all the credit card details tells you that the room is not available anymore.
I tried three times over two days to book this apparently good deal and suddenly saw that they charged my card despite not providing any hotel room! I got the money back several days later aftercomplaing.
This unethical business is delivered by the Romani company amoma.com through finn.no to the Norwegian market. Finn.no should really review who they are working with.
NEWSFLASH! Since I reported this to finn.no on 14. February, finn.no has removed amoma.com from the Norwegian market!
By the way, ever wondered why amoma.com get so high ratings on their services? That's because they purchase the reviews from feefo.com! Lookup feefo.com on Trustpilot. They get only one star which means on Trustpilot: "1 star: Bad – unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct."
I am really happy I was able to remove amoma.com from being offered through finn.no. Let's just hope others internationally also see who they want to do business with!
