Really satisfied with the customer service at Amped Airsoft. I had an issue with my order (my mistake, not theirs) and reached out for help. I initially called and left a message, but decided to take the suggested E-mail approach as well, and I’m glad I did. The email response time was incredible, and the team had my order straightened out, and sent me a new email confirmation in less than 10 minutes from my inquiry ! I’m typically a bargain shopper, but if it’s a few dollar difference between Amped airsoft or China, I’m going to spend the extra for the peace of mind Amped provides for now on. Great job guys, good customer service is hard to find!
